One comes here due to the familiar yet distinguished reception, for the exceptional home-made pasta, the local cheese prepared on the surrounding mountains and aged in our own cellars, and, last but not least, for the few but well chosen wines.
Besides the various dishes based on pasta, there are other specialties,
such as the mixed boiled meat, the local ‘cassouela’, the piglet and baby goat from the oven,
rabbit and well prepared and selected deserts.
